Pay online through the new Smart Water Portal

All Payments will need to be made through the new customer portal or the new phone pay system unless your water has been disconnected for non-payment.

If your water is currently turned off for non-payment or due to be turned off today, please call our office at 423-892-2890 and press 0 for customer service.

• In person at our office located at 3018 Hickory Valley Rd. Our Business Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
• At our night drop located by our front door and at the drive thru window for after hours use.  
• Satellite Payment Centers: First Tennessee Bank & The Village Market in Collegedale. Payments are taken on current bills only during their normal business hours and a bill must be presented with each payment. (Satellite payment centers will not accept e-bills)
• Automatic Bank Draft (sign up thru Eastside Utility)
• Mail
