- If you want service at a location that has never been in your name, you must complete the new service contract above.
- Contracts will not be processed until the new service contract fee is paid. If you submitted the form without payment or accidentally closed the payment page, please use the Direct Payment Link above to complete your payment.
- Your first bill may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you sign up for paperless billing, your bill will arrive by email. Once you receive your first bill, you may register for the customer portal to manage your account online.
- Name Changes: To change your personal name on your own account, or need assistance with an account where a person has passed away, please call the office. Documentation such as an updated drivers license, certificate, or a decree will be required.
- Disconnecting Accounts: If you are moving or selling your home, please call the office to request your disconnect date. Disconnect requests are not accepted by email, and a response may not be provided. Account holders are responsible for all water usage until the account has been disconnected.
- Landlords: Accounts are not automatically transferred back into a landlord’s name when a tenant moves out. You must call the office to request this before the move-out date. If the meter is locked or the service address has been out of your name for an extended period, a new service contract and a service fee may be required. Please call the office to make this request.
- Water rates can be found on our water rates and policies page .
- Failure to receive a bill does not relieve a customer of payment or penalty. If a bill remains unpaid 8 business days after the due date, service will be disconnected without further notice. An applicable reconnection fee must be paid before service is restored. If water service is discontinued for nonpayment, a $35.00 reconnection fee must be paid before service is restored, after all past due balances are paid. For reinstatement of service after 4:00 PM on a regular workday, on a holiday, or during the weekend, a $65.00 charge will be added. A $20.00 charge must be paid to keep service on if a utility employee has left the office for the disconnect but has not turned the water off yet.
- If your service is scheduled for disconnection due to nonpayment, you must call the office to restore service and pay the reconnection fee. If you make a payment online on the same day as your disconnect, you must still call the office. Online payments may take up to 24 hours to post to your account, and a reconnection fee may still apply.
