- If you want service at a location that has never been in your name, you must complete the new service contract above.
- Contracts will not be processed until the new service contract fee is paid. If you submitted the form without payment or accidentally closed the payment page, please use the $50.00 New Service Fee link above to complete your payment.
- Your first bill may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you sign up for paperless billing, your bill will arrive by email. Once you receive your first bill, you may register for the customer portal to manage your account online.
- Name Changes: To change your personal name on your own account, or need assistance with an account where a person has passed away, please call the office. Documentation such as an updated drivers license, certificate, or a decree will be required.
- Disconnecting Accounts: If you are moving or selling your home, please call the office to request your disconnect date. Disconnect requests are not accepted by email. Account holders are responsible for all water usage until the account has been disconnected.
- Landlords: Accounts are not automatically transferred back into a landlord’s name when a tenant moves out. You must call the office to request this before the move-out date.
