**ACH Bank Draft Form
To enroll in ACH drafts through our office, complete the bank draft form at the bottom of this page and email it with a voided check to customerservice@eastsideutility.com. After enrollment, please remove any other scheduled payments in the customer portal to avoid duplicate payments.
**Returned ACH payments and checks will incur a $30 return fee, due at the time the outstanding balance is paid. Repeated returns may result in ACH drafts and check payments being permanently disabled on the account.

Backflow Assembly Test Report
If you have a sprinkler meter, annual backflow testing is required
and must be completed by June 30 each year. The test report is available at the bottom of this page.
